About the jobIn this position, you will be working on high-speed mixed-signal communication circuits using state-of-the art process technology, as well as be involved in the design of high performance digital circuits interfacing to leading edge analog circuitry as part of an overall system. 

Your responsibilities will include:

DfT architecture definition for digital/mixed signal IPsDfT logic/circuit implementation for SoCDfT pattern generation, simulations and debug (including setup creations, any required automation, etc.)overcome the different design and IP challenges to enable achieving all the structural coverage goalsDrive new techniques and methodologies to enable test time  and test cost reduction for the SoCsSoC DfT verification in RTL and Gate LevelResponsible for driving the requirements with all the stakeholders

Minimum requirements:

more than 3 years of relevant experienceA understanding of mixed signal chip/IP level DfTDesign experience in MBIST is an added advantageExposure to post silicon debug is a plusExcellent debugging and problem solving skillsEffective communication skills to interact with all stakeholdersAbility to solve problems using a systematic approach
