The Sr SMT engineer will be based in  Dongguan

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Carry out daily process, yield and capacity efficiency to ensure minimum downtime, highest product yield and maximum capacity utilization.
• Carry out periodic and corrective process check for all key processes
• Troubleshooting, work instruction method update,
• Corrective action and action validation in the production line
• FA report on each trail run and SMT FMEA report
• Responsible for new product transfer from NPI to MP and handover for ramping up
• Provide technical assistant and problem solved for MP
• Any other duties assigned

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• College Degree or above; Electrical and Mechanical related major
• 5+ years SMT process experience in EMS manufacturing company
• Good trouble shooting experience and ability
• Good knowledge in concept of SMT manufacturing
• English reading and writing are ok. Can communicate in English
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under conditions of heavy pressure and resource constraint
