工作职责:
与上游部门确认验货订单详情
与待验货工厂以及现场验货员沟通确认每日排单信息
对于验货安排的突发调整做相应的沟通和协调
其它上级临时交办的工作事宜
招聘要求:
大专或以上学历,专业不限,可接受积极优秀的大三、大四学生实习;
英文读写熟练,如听说熟练优先考虑;
有较强的责任心,沟通能力良好且耐心
工作态度积极,有问题及时反馈,且能适应短期加班

You can help us maintain our high service quality by assisting our inspectors and teams in a number of organizational issues.
The Job:
Effective communication is vital for our daily work, and you will play a key role in ensuring it. You will stay in touch with our field inspectors and the team of our French office to discuss any daily operating issues, assist in training of new employees, and perform other organizational tasks to support the management. We will also ask you to prepare inspector schedules, taking into account each inspector’s location and expertise.
The Candidate:
It could be you, if you have:
- A college degree with a degree related to science or mathematics
- Excellent written and spoken English
We will also consider recent graduates for this position!
It also helps if you:
- Have had some experience in quality control, trading, or manufacturing
- Are ready to work flexible hours
