Job Duties:   

• Implement production plan according to seasonal calendar.

• Manage team daily work as standard operating requirement.

• Assist team coordinate with Amsterdam operations team and factory to meet the yearly OTP.

• Analysis and summaries the shipment performance and provide improvement plan.

• New factory's on boarding system and process training

• Tracking WIP status, include material/cutting/stitching/lasting and share with QA

• Monitor factory's production and booking schedule to prevent last minutes delay.

• Communicate with factory and Amsterdam operations team for schedule issue with solutions.

• Escalate major shipment/RSL/process issues

• Assist team investigate factory's production plan and negotiate for better AC.

• System maintenance managing

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

                      

   

Requirements:   

• Associate degree or above.

• At least 10 years' experience in footwear manufactory or trading company with team management experience preferred.

• Good communication in Chinese/English.

• Good at office software, especially Excel and PPT

• Passionate, positive thinking and good at team work.
