We are looking for an experienced Consumer Decision Journey Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Bulldog… just to name a few!).

We desire to hire a digital-savvy professional with not only sophisticated experience in China digital ecosystem operation but also a deep understanding in consumer decision journey big data insights to connect with brand building and growth. You are also expected to drive consumer engagement, product trial and conversion through integrated digital ecosystem and big data-enabled activations.

Let's Get Down To Business

You will drive and continuously optimize digital integration across consumer decision journey including but not limited to digital media, social, search, and EC with big data analytical insights to deliver business objectives, and will facilitate big data-enabled innovation process with brand and CI team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze market trend and opportunity in relevant and cross segments
• Build digital and big data strategy into the campaign planning process, to match target consumer behaviour and integrate social, content & media support with EC activations and conversion through big data analytical across the ecosystem
• Continuously improve consumer affinity and healthy consumer database from AIPL acceleration
• Leverage big data to evaluate and continuously optimize content, social, and EC activations, and inform future strategy
• Build and accelerate the digital capability of the system to deliver constant monitoring and reporting system for emerging business opportunities and challenges, including evaluating emerging data or technology tools

Show Us What You've Got

Ideally you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have worked in a similar capacity with multi-national companies. Professional experience is important, but it's paramount you share our values and belief in 'challenge to win'.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

• Solid digital and data experience with 5-10 years and a track record of achievements, among which 3+ years in leading project management roles
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in China digital ecosystem including but limited to social, content platforms, digital media, EC media, content and data tools
• Experience in brand building and consumer engagement activations
• An open mind to drive thought leadership in digital ecosystem through innovation and partnership
• A strong team player with cross-functional team to drive synergy
• Familiar with EC digital ecosystem, data tools, and way of working with platforms
• Fluent English in writing and reading
