• 在行政主管的指导下，进行研究、收集有关健康、营养趋势和食品管理及发展的相关信息。
• 收集并协调餐厅的订单要求和宿舍的申请要求，包括食品、饮料和宿舍的维修要求等。
• 在行政主管的指导下，协调并组织各种餐饮活动，来协助和满足学生和员工的需求，并有效利用员工、设备和设施。
• 及时告知行政主管关于部门内及部门外各方面的建议和投诉，并根据需要及时跟进。
• 在行政主管的指导下，安排和监督餐厅员工和宿舍后勤人员进行卫生清洁和安全工作，确保餐厅和宿舍的卫生清洁。
