1.   Administers the local policies and objectives of China IT functions including IT infrastructure, helpdesk services, network maintenance, information storage, etc in line with higher level business policies and objectives.

    

2.  Manage IT operations and activities associated with the company's computer network across all sites in China.

    

3.  Engage with business stakeholders to identify requirements in support of strategic and operational objectives.

    

4.  Strives to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

    

5.  Initiates continuous critical assessment of current technology systems and recommends prudent investments in new, additional system.

    

6.  Identifies risks, establish and improve information security policies/regulations in China in the line with corporate IT policies and local situations. Ensure information security policies/regulations are properly implemented in China locations.

    

7.  Negotiates contracts, license agreements and service agreements for hardware, software, and voice/data communications systems and technology.

    

8.  Set up and control IT Budget/Expenditures in China. Manage Hardware/Software asset inventory in China.

    Train and coach local IT professionals of each China  locations and lead initiatives in the light of corporate IT strategies and local  business strategies.

【薪资福利】
1、薪资：5天8小时工作制，综合工资由基本工资，岗位津贴，加班工资，绩效奖金构成；
2、加班费：严格按照国家劳动法规定计算,以基本工资为计算基数；
3、年终奖金：每年年终视经营情况给予年终奖金（至少为一个月薪资）；
