Responsibilities： 

1. Write the product vision and roadmap 

（1）Collect users needs (internalexternal) linked to product understandanalysechallenge them 

（2）Define the product vision and value proposal 

（3）Co-write the product roadmap 

（4）Define the product business model measure and maximise its value creation integrating its whole lifecycle 

（5）Co-define the product budget 

2. Co-design the product following agile culture 

（1）Represent animate the user needs 

（2）Co-write the user stories and explain them to the product team 

（3）Sequence and prioritize user stories e *** bug fixing and integration of technical debt reduction plan 

（4）Participate and be actor of the agile routines 3. Manage product e *** 4. Be an actor of your product ecosystem
