• Job Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, build sales pipeline and win new targeted customers and business.

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with targeted customers.

• Identify short and long terms customers’ needs and prepare offers to win new business.

• Develop business tactics and action plans to meet company strategy of business growth.

• Collects, reviews and analyzes potential customer data and market intelligence from different sources.

• Work with global sales team to develop bids, proposals and presentations packages against customers’ requirement.

• Drive and support any quote activity with cross-functional teams within a specific site.

• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure resources are in place to meet your business needs, objectives and assigned targets.

              

    Qualification/Requirements

    

• Bachelor degree in business, electronics, mechanics or related discipline.

• European with 2+ years China working experience or Chinese with European 2+ years working experience preferred, fluent in English.

• 8+ years of working experience, at least 5 years in sales or business development related positions, experience in Multi-national Corporation is preferred.

• Strong intercultural competence, excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skill and ability to deal with people from western and eastern culture at all levels.

• Good knowledge in electronics manufacturing segment with strong business analysis capabilities.

• Proven records in winning new customer/project

• Mature, aggressive and result oriented

• Strong teamwork skills with ability to work with and influence other individuals in a non-confrontational manner.

• High level of proficiency with presentation, spreadsheets and word processing software.
