4、精通灯具结构设计，工程图纸绘制，熟悉灯具安规（CE，GS，UL），了解灯具基本测试要求，样办开发流程 熟悉灯饰常用物料，了解一定的五金，压铸模具知识 要了解一定灯具质量要求
5、工作细心，认真负责，协调能力强，团队意识强
