ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Promote Safety 365, safety alert and EHS newsletter in the whole site;

2. Daily management of plant security team;

3. Conduct regular safety inspections and follow up on actions;

4. Summarize and track the daily AM/FP/MIP/NM reporting results;

5. Support to deliver EHS relevant trainings, and maintain the training record;

6. Support annual emergency drills;

7. Support on environmental monitoring arrangement and report archive;

8. Support waste management including the hazardous waste production, storage, and transportation per legal requirement;

9. Maintain online environmental database and the hard copy per PPG and legal requirement;

10. Support on IH sampling / data management once been trained;

11. Support on occupational surveillance program and annual summary;

12. Maintain government inspection records;

13. Support on EHS relevant vendor management and payment;

14. Support on safety month activities, other government reporting requirements, and other tasks per assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree in chemistry, safety, engineering, environment or equivalent;

2. At least 1 year working experience;

3. Familiar with office software including Excel, Word and PPT;

4. Good communication and collaboration skills;

5. Understand English in both read and written;

6. Strong will to learn and grow
