1. Identify Product Defects

o Work with sourcing team to clear define defective elements

o Responsible for identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issues

o Analyzes the results of lab or usability tests to identity these defects and make sure they resolved

2. On-site Production Control

o Represent Furrion in selected product line, liaise and resolve on product quality and production related issue

o Reject the does not meet expected standards products on-site production line

o Consolidate the production quality related document, including QC inspection report…

o On-site support logistic team for production shipment

3. Product Development Support

o Be the bridge between Supplier and Furrion development team. Share the on-site product quality audit result

4. Support process improvement

o Make suggestion or follow up action plan to improve a specific part of the manufacturing process

Support new product launch and ensure initial production line is running smoothly and properly

2. 生产线管控

o 在指定的生产线，联络并解决产品质量和生产相关问题

o 在生产线现场拒收不符合预期标准的产品

o 整合生产质量相关文件，包括QC检验报告…

o 为生产发货提供现场后勤支持

3. 产品开发支持

o 成为供应商和开发团队之间的桥梁。分享现场产品质量审核结果

4. 支持流程改进

o 提出建议或跟进行动计划，以改进生产过程的特定部分

o 支持新产品发布，确保初始生产线平稳正常的运行

Must to have

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical or Electronics field.

At least 3 years’ experience in field of Air-conditioner, Fridge or Gas Range.

Able to work independently and under pressure in multi-task environment

Nice to have

Fluent in English will be a plus
