Reporting to Quality Director, you as Quality Manager will manage a small team of quality associates to inspect and test materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards, propose corrective actions to improve compliance with quality specifications, review analytics and recommends new or improved quality control methods, procedures, and/or standards, manage work activities, monitor status of projects, and serve as an escalation point for questions.

About the job:

• Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)
• Leads the location’s quality team to ensure adherence to established quality standards. (30%)
• Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives of manufacturing quality. Ensures that the team follows Littelfuse’s processes and procedures for quality. (20%)
• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Education: Bachelor or university degree
• Experience: Seven to ten years of experience
• Management experience
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail

 力特半导体（无锡）有限公司
力特半导体（无锡）有限公司成立于2002年，位于无锡新区空港产业园。公司主要产品为瞬态电压抑制二极管(TVS DIVODES)和闸流体(SIDACtor THYRISTOR)等超压保护器件。2006年5月，由于康可公司在业界的杰出表现，被力特公司并购, 并于2007年在无锡新建晶圆厂。公司于2013年正式改名为力特半导体（无锡）有限公司。

东莞令特电子有限公司成立于2007年，地址位于中国东莞虎门。目前东莞令特电子有限公司主要生产便携式电子芯片、工业节电及保护产品，技术涵盖MOV和MLV/SMD 等领域。

上海利韬电子有限公司成立于1996年，位于上海市徐汇区漕河泾开发区。公司主要产品为过流超压保护器。2016年3月，由于公司在业界的产品优势和杰出表现，被全球知名的保险丝生产商美国力特公司并购,公司于2016年正式更名为上海利韬电子有限公司。

昆山利韬电子有限公司成立于2005年，位于昆山综合保税区B区。公司主要产品为过流超压保护器。2016年3月，由于公司在业界的产品优势和杰出表现，被全球知名的保险丝生产商美国力特公司并购,公司于2016年正式更名为昆山利韬电子有限公司。
