喷工班长

岗位职责： 

1、主要负责产品喷塑工作； 

2、熟练掌握喷涂塑粉各种喷涂技术，熟悉各种塑粉的特性； 

3、协助做好首检、封样工作，并对退镀过程中的质量严格控制，发现问题及时向主管汇报； 

4、及时完成领导安排的任务，服从管理，勤劳踏实肯干； 

 任职要求： 

1、熟练掌握喷粉技能，熟悉喷粉工具的使用；动作协调性好，能适应流水线喷涂作业； 

2、了解作业现场安全防护知识，并掌握一定的自我防护技能。
