Responsibilities:

1. Work with the technical manager to ensure that all due diligence testing is carried out prior to start of bulk production, during production and after production has been completed.
2. On line assembly inspections.
3. Check that all labeling and packaging is as per the customers labeling and production specification.
4. Carry out final QC inspection against approved Contract Seal samples and complete detailed QC inspection reports.
5. Ensuring that detailed records are kept of all QC reports.
6. If product does not meet specific standards, be able to make recommendations to improve the quality of the product at an early stage prior to production commencement.
7. Work closely with factory to resolve any inspection issues.

Requirements:

1. Must have at least 3 years experience in Quality Control of footwear in ladies shoes, both leather and PU.
2. Good team player.
3. Able to communicate in both written English and oral English.
4. Detail orientated. Strong sense of responsibility. Willing to learn, willing to work under pressure..
5. Willing to travel.
