职位描述
1.To design and implement employee experience and engagement strategy to ultimately influence employee knowledge, sentiment, and behavior to achieve business results.

2.Design and execution of key moments in the Employee Lifecycle such as onboarding, promotion, career transitions (e.g., first-time manager), life events, PIP conversations, development experiences, High-Potential identification, job changes, etc. in a manner that increases employee engagement.

3.Partner with HR and business leaders to implement tools and processes to capture the voice of the employee in a modern and dynamic way, leveraging all forms of data collection across the talent lifecycle.

6.Perform ongoing evaluations of employee engagement & experience programs to determine effectiveness and manage continuous improvement initiatives.

7.Build relationships with senior leader champions to increase engagement and participation in the inclusion efforts within organization.

任职要求:
1. 7+ years of HR or talent management experience; HR partner, employee engagement and experience and/or diversity and inclusion expertise preferred. With minimum 3 years' work experience in multi-national company administration manager role.

2. Excellent Project Management skills (project planning and tracking, issue identification and management; project status reporting).

ZAMA history goes back as far as 1958, when the Shinagawa die-casting company started carburetor production in Shinagawa in Japan. Since 1984 all carburetors bear the ZAMA brand. 1987 ZAMA industries was founded in Hongkong and the headquarter of ZAMA group established in Tai Po in New Territories. In 1991 large parts of the production were moved to Shenzhen. As of 1.1.2009 the former owner sold all shares to ZAMA’s biggest customer Andreas Stihl AG, the worldwide known technology leader for gardening and forestry equipment, one of the biggest family owned business role model for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Germany.
ZAMA group has branches in China, Hongkong, USA, Japan and Philippines. ZAMA Precision Industries (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 and we started the moving from Shenzhen plant to Huizhou new plant from Aug 2017.
Although being owned by STIHL, ZAMA continues to supply the whole industry with its first class products and services and has proven to be a reliable, trustworthy partner to customers around the world.
