岗位职责
1、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、推行公司各类规章制度的实施；
3、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；
4、管理劳动合同，办理用工、退工手续；
5、执行招聘工作流程，协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；
6、负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历,二年以上的人力资源工作经验；
2、熟悉招聘渠道并能灵活运用;

DONGGUAN WEILI INTERLINING CO.,LTD is a professional producer of fusible interlinings for garments, which is a new star enterprise in accessory business field. It is developed from DONGGUAN WEILI GARMENT ACCESSORY COMPANY, was founded in 2005. We always maintain the service principle of “unity, practice, innovation, credibility”. Thanks to the competitive prices on good quality, fine service, great effort of all of staff and workers, We developed into one of big interlining enterprises in China now. We changed our name as DONGGUAN WEILI INTERLINING CO,.LTD in 2010 and become a general taxpayer from small-scale taxpayer. We have close and wide cooperation with many factories in Guangdong, ZheJiang, ShangHai ,JiangSu province etc. Our target is to develop a famous international brand in 5 years.
Factory History: In June,2007. We established our distribution center in HuMen town -- a production area and poplar for lady’s fashion clothes. Our distribution center devote itself in production research and testing, promotion on our brand name “WEILI” and “VTCB”. We have our distribution channel in all of China.
