工作职责：

1、全面负责组织工程项目的施工管理（质量、进度、安全、措施、成本等），编写施工计划并实施，组织并管理施工队伍、材料、机具；

2、负责工程项目的质量、安全管理，灵活把握施工进度，协助催收工程款；

3、负责与本工程相关单位及人员（业主、监理、设计、总包等）的沟通协调，灵活处理好各方面的关系，处理客户投诉、现场纠纷等；

4、负责控制工程成本，协助或主导工程二次营销工作；

5、工程完工后，负责工程验收、结算、回款、保修等工作；

6、协助工程前期投标的查勘现场、客户沟通等工作，对投标报价提供参考意见；

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，建筑、建材相关专业，具有三年或以上的建设工程项目管理经验；

2、精通施工工艺、工程资料、材料计划、进度计划，丰富的现场沟通协调工作经验；

3、具备相关的工程项目（钢结构、幕墙、屋面）全面管理工作经验；

4、富有团队精神，良好的沟通、协调能力，以及组织、管理经验；

5、良好的成本控制意识、质量意识，具备二次营销的工作能力；

6、具备一级、二级建造师资质证书，无资质证书者需具备丰富的工作经验；

本岗位的工作地点为：全国各地的工程项目现场！
