This exciting role offers opportunity to:
? To define and implement product strategies, manage product portfolio, pull/push sales force to optimize sales/ profits/market share for the Tower and Industrial UPS product line for the Critical Power Solution Division(CPSD) across Asia Pacific.
? Manage 5 major product lines(3C3, 93E, 9x55, 9xPS and Industrial) with $55M sales revenue across APAC.
? Meet the sales and profit targets of the Tower and industrial and other related products across the APAC.
? Implement marketing programs to drive volume significantly up to gain market share while reducing the cost of acquisition of new customers.
? Analyze market pricing and propose price positioning for new products
? Constantly identifying business opportunities, market segment, application for existing products and new products
? Perform periodic reviews of competitors’ products, positioning, channel strategy and price/cost positions to determine key opportunities and selling strategies. Articulate customer needs into product specification(VOCs)
? Interface with other PQ operations in Asia to elaborate the global roadmap
? Work closely with engineering to execute product road map and deliver key products and features to market in a timely manner
? Coordinate global platform and act as the APAC product representative for APAC requirements

Requirement:
? Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering.
? 5 years in engineering, marketing, sales, or similar role within the electrical industry
? Power conversion
? Communication, collaboration, problem solving, drive for results
? Fluent in written and spoken English.
