POSITION OVERVIEW

  

The Analyst serves as the Engineering Adhesives' GBU (Global Business Unit) commercial sales and PM&M (Product Management and Marketing) point of reference for the salesforce CRM tool. The Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of the data in the CRM tool, supporting the commercial sales teams globally on how to better leverage the functionality of the CRM tool, as well as organizing valuable reports and data to help personnel, teams and leaders identify gaps and opportunities in territory management, sales processes, and sales excellence activities. This role is key in driving a culture of sales excellence, and discipline around the H.B. Fuller sales process globally.


PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Improve the reliability and integrity of the data within the CRM tool and ensure the data in our CRM tool reflects the same data we have in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Manage the process to a ensure new customers loaded into the ERP system are simultaneously loaded into the CRM tool.
  • Manage the process to update records and data in the CRM when there are organizational changes. 
  • Run training sessions on how to use 'Salesforce dot com' (SFDC) for new employees or users. 
  • Run training sessions in the existing commercial teams to improve the understanding, knowledge, and general use of SFDC. 
  • Help develop on-line, modular, CRM training programs in local languages.
  • Member of a core team to develop a simplified, yet more effective CRM interface.
  • Run regular reports and dashboards for the commercial teams to create better visibility and transparency of sales and territory activities and results.
  • Guide the commercial leaders and sales excellence team by running meaningful data and reports to indicate sales activity gaps which need addressing.
  • The strategic focus will concentrate sales efforts and discipline on key sales processes: Account planning, relationship mapping, sales visit confirmation, pipeline management, value proposition quantification, technical and commercial value quantification and documentation, business reviews, etc.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English in both verbally and in written form
  • BA or equivalent educational qualifications or relevant work experience
  • Strong face-to-face and virtual communication skills
  • Very good team player and has the ability to drive results
  • Experienced with PC skills in Windows environment required
  • SFDC administration experience preferred but not required
  • Is flexible, open-minded, organized and tenacious
