The 人力资源合作伙伴 will be based in 珠海.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• 制定事业部人力资源规划，包括年度人力预算、岗位编制设置、岗位说明书等；
• 宣导公司企业文化和规章制度，人资制度的编写、完善及执行；
• 持续开展业务流程优化项目；
• 推进事业部绩效考核制度，完善绩效考核指标；
• 薪资及激励方案的制定、完善及执行；
• 制定事业部年度培训计划并监督执行；
• 协助组织架构调整，提升组织内部管理能力；
• 完成上级交付的其他工作。

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 本科及以上学历，
• 三年以上人力资源部门管理经验
• 良好的英文读写能力；
• 熟悉电子制造行业生产运作流程；
• 沟通协调能力强，有独立的决策能力，善于发现及解决问题；
• 执行力和应变能力强，及时接收上级的指示并快速回应及执行；
• 优秀的职业素养，抗压能力强。
