Responsibilities:

  

·       Compare the open costing received from supplier vs standard cost from selective categories, share with the sourcing team on the gap

·       Prepare cost model for the selective categories with accuracy and in collaboration with sourcing teams

·       Review the manufacturing process in factories and calculate the number of minutes taken

·       Compare the manufacturing time against GSD and escalate major variances

·       Generate SMV for the product

·       Update SMV on the product library

·       Live the KAS values and culture within the team and across the organisation

·       Identify and report safety concerns, demonstrate safe working behaviour and lead by example to establish a safe workplace

 

Requirements:

·       Diploma holder

·       Minimum experience of 5 years in labour costing

·       Expertise in the specific product area(s) - General Merchandise

·       Strong IT skills especially using MS-Office applications

·       GSD certification preferred

·       Strong verbal and written English and local language capability
