Job Purpose


Reporting to the HR Director, Asia Pacific, Total Rewards Leader is expected to develop, implement and administer all tactical and strategic total rewards programs and activities that support business objectives. The incumbent must be adaptable, resilient, change savvy, and customer-centered. The incumbent will also contribute to the development of our broader HR business objectives and partner with the functional/business leaders, directors and corporate leaders on a regular basis.

The AP Total Rewards Leader will be in Shanghai and be responsible for all APAC countries (includes Great China, India, ANZ, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Japan and Korean), Middle East and North Africa.

The respective APAC Total Reward team will report to this role.


Responsibilities


Complete the study, analysis, design, evaluation, implementation, administration and communication of current total rewards programs, policies, and procedures; develops recommendations for improvement

Recommends, conducts and participates in assigned salary surveys to understand competitive compensation levels in the organization

Assures through audits, analysis and reports, that all organization compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations

Participate in the budgeting and strategic planning process and provide leadership to the sub-region planning exercise from a human resource perspective, monitoring the performance against this plan throughout the year

Utilize experience/understanding to respond to total rewards trends and market data points, while tying them to corporate objectives and ensuring legal compliance

Lead and coach the team to deliver great support to business

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in HR professional, who prides his/her ability to manage the total rewards function of Axalta by developing the strategy aligned to the Axalta’s mission, goals and objectives in AP & MENA.


Specifically, the successful candidate should have:


Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business, Finance related

Proven 10 year’s track record with direct experience in the creation, development and execution of salary/total compensation structures, incentives and variable pay plan development

HRBP experience is a good plus

Demonstrated ability to perform consistently within a fast-paced environment, driving multiple and competing priorities, with a pro-active, high-energy approach

Excellent communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships with a wide range of audiences

? Good communication in both English and Chinese/ business sense is must

? Ability to effectively lead and inspire teams

? Drive for results

? Unquestioned ethics and integrity
