Softgood Engineer (服装工程师 - 广东长安厂/云南文山厂)

Responsibilities:
1 SoftGoods Product Development including;
2 Estimate Sewing Method Standard and Material Yield Calculation;
3 Release Flow Charts for Cutting and Sewing Process;
4 Establish Suitable Sewing Attachments Associated W/Proper Sewing Machines to operations;
5 Follow Up Sewing EP/FEP to Sewn Start to Manufacturing;
6 Solve Manufacturing Problem with Analysis Skill;

Requirement:
1 Bachelor Degree in Clothing Technology/Engineering;
2 Good English in Writing & Reading (CET-4 or Above)
3 Good Computer Skill in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Corel Draw &Gerber System;
4 Good Communication/People Skill;
5 Independent, Mature and Willing to learn;
6 Knowledge in Sewing Technology, Pattern Modification &Textile Engineering
7 2 years+ Relevant Experience in Toys or Garment Field;

职位描述：
1 新产品的开发，车缝方法工时和物量用量的评估与计算；
2 设计车缝和裁床生产流程，开发与衣车相适应的车缝工具；
3 跟进新产品EP/FEP的开发直到生产的投放；
4 及时分析和解决生产过程中的突发问题；

岗位要求：
1 大专或以上学历，服装设计、服装工程或纺织工程专业；
2 英语读、写熟练，四级以上，熟练使用办公软件及服装相关软件；
3 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，能独立工作，成熟稳重；
4 熟悉车缝工艺流程，纸样设计及各种面料性质。
5 2年以上在服装或玩具行业工作经验；

Mattel (HK) Ltd. was originally established as a Hong Kong manufacturing operation, but in the mid 1980s transitioned to a Processing Trade relationship with the China Government, and now operates two plants in Guangdong Province China from its administrative headquarters in Shaukeiwan, Hong Kong.
