东莞招聘

1.全面负责公司电子商务的营销策划及销售工作，配合公司组建电子商务团队，承担线上运营任务；
2.负责制订可行性、阶段性的网站运营方案，根据淘宝网站运营模式，针对不同商品及项目，开发切合用户利益的新型运营促进策略；
3.电子商务市场推广、业务规划与开拓；及网络媒体的广告投放。
4.整理分析运营的各项数据、情况，及时撰写网站运营分析报告，并提出合理化建议；



任职要求：

1、一年以上相关工作经验； 专科及以上学历，有童装推广经营者优先；
2、熟悉电子商务流程（网上商城、淘宝店、淘宝商城、拍拍，企业网站），熟悉网上购物和销售、推广、优化、维护、更新技能知识；熟练电子商务平台的操作规范和流程；
3、熟悉网站运营流程和网站运营指标数据分析，具有一定的网站策划能力、网站促销专题策划和撰写能力，良好的文案功底；
4、熟悉淘宝直通车、钻石广告、阿里妈妈、淘宝客、超级卖霸、橱窗推荐规、淘代码、产品上架时间、收藏排行、关键词、等淘宝推广方式；
5、熟悉并且对分析买家心态有兴趣，有淘宝，商城，网站等相关推广工作经验；
6、具有一定的策划能力，对市场敏锐的观察、判断能力；


其它：
1、试用期3个月(提前达到岗位要求者,可提前转正)， 提供食宿。
2、定期的员工活动。
3、工作时间9：00-18：00
