职位描述：

1、根据客户产品开发要求,进行可行性评估，根据评估结果制定产品开发方案及开发排程时间表，对开发过程中可能出现的问题和‘瓶颈’有清醒的认识，最终按时按质完成项目。

2、对现有电子产品出现的问题，能做深入的分析，并找出可行性的解决方案。

3、熟悉客人产品测试计划，并依据客人测试计划进行测试治具和设备的规划。

4、支援PM&Sourcing部门，提供技术支持和协助。

5、熟悉电子件承认流程，了解关键元件电气参数特性。

任职要求：

1、通信、电子工程、自动化、计算机及其相关专业，大专及以上学历，有2年以上工作经验；（优秀应届毕业生也可作为储备干部进行内部培养！）

2、熟悉数字电路、模拟电路设计，能读懂C++程序代码，了解常用IC firmware烧录方法和步骤；熟练使用EDA软件

3、人品端正，工作细心，有较强的学习能力、良好的沟通和团队协作能力.
