Job Description

  

• Optimising the performance of the Qualspec’s laboratories across all technical issues;

• Assisting the laboratory managers with all relevant audits, i.e. CNAS, BSI, AQSIQ and CMA;

• Managing and maintaining the laboratories technical standards;

• Facilitating the growth and development of the laboratories testing service , including maintaining the companies database of standards;

• Working with our customers on their technical issues;

• Testingprocedures , ensure you have a thorough understanding of existing methods and new test methods;

• Testingequipment , ensure all equipment is calibrated internally and where appropriate externally;

• Ensure all equipment is maintained and advise when new equipment is needed;

• Quality management system, maintain the database of standards, update and maintain education standards of technicians; and

• Competency requirements, have the knowledge of Australian and new regional technical needs ( where appropriate).

                    

Working experience:

  

• more than 10 years similar experience in textile lab or related areas;

  

Language requirement:

  

• Chinese, fluent English in both writing and speaking, French recommended;
