客户服务/销售助理

岗位职责：

• 处理客户的查询与采购订单
• 销售与客户之间的协调秩序问题
• 监控客户订单确认
• 加快客户的订单，确保准时交货

• 大学专科以上学历
• 1年以上客服专员相关工作经验
• 客户服务，市场营销，曾任职电子元件行业者优先
• 熟练使用MS Office应用程序
• 性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；

Customer Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries & purchase orders

• Coordinate order issue between sales & customers

• Monitor customer order confirmations

• Expedite customer orders to secure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years' working experience in electronics components distributor

• Knowledge on IP&E preferable

• Proficient in MS Office Applications

• Good attitude, diligent and willing to learn

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
