Job Purpose:

？Support the Project Managers and Financial Controllers to ensure project financial information is updated and maintained correctly in SAP system 

？ Provide analysis and comments for financial reports 

Main Tasks

1.  Support the set up of new contracts in SAP

？ Create the SAP contract 

2.  Ongoing maintenance of open contracts

？ Contact the relevant people in the province to get update on information and understand the scope of the project

？Update the SAP orders to ensure correct financial control of each contract including Net Sales (revenue recognition) and Cost

？ Create the billing documents to the customer

3.  Project Analysis

？ Check costs are correct

？ Check that Net Sales is correct 

？ Check the billing documentation is correct

？ Support with analysis of Key Performance Indicators (measurements) and SOX (legal controls) 

4.  Period End Closing Activities

？ Check Sales Agreements and Contract documentation to ensure it is all correct and filed properly

？ Support external audits

Qualifications

Formal education studies undertaken in Finance 

Basic English 

Human Competence:

Must be analytical and independent and have an inquiring mind to resolve issues

High level of Integrity and Professionalism

Excellent communication skills

Must be a team player

High cultural awareness

OK to work overtime for Period End Closing
