Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

1. Deal with the Individual Income Tax Compliance reporting and consulting for expatriates, including but not limit to following service:

• China Individual Income Tax calculation and reporting for China inbound foreigners and China outbound individuals

• HK Individual Tax return form (IR60 form) filing for HK outbound employees and HK IRD Letter reply.

• Tax equalization program implementation for expatriates cross Asia Countries such as China Mainland, HK, MY, SG, IN etc.

• Coordinate with internal parties (Global Mobility CoE team, HRBPs, Expatriates, Management) and external tax agent to ensure IIT compliance for expatriates in other Asia countries. Monitor the performance of tax agent.

• Follow up the latest IIT law in Mainland China and HK, being tax consultant for HRBPs and CoE team.

1. Support Global Stock Admin Team for the stock compliance in Asia countries, including but not limit to following service:

• Stock tax calculation and reporting for both local and expatriate in China, being tax consultant for HRBPs and CoE team.

• Complete the registration in China SAFE, BoC and Tax Bureau.

1. Assist HRBPs and Finance for the stock reporting in other Asia countries
2. Assist Manager on team management.
3. Complete other ad-hoc projects assigned.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Good command of English, both verbally and in writing.

• Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and customer oriented, good learning capability;

• Strong communication, analytical and trouble shooting skills.

• Skilled in MS-Office.

• 3-5 years work experience is required.

• C&B or IIT related experience will be a plus.
