1. 负责核对供应商三单匹配数据，审核营运费用相关申请资料，完成预制发票和结算；
2. 审核供应商预付款申请，跟进预付款核销与清理；
3. 负责供应商结算款的支付，完成银企直连AP付款的核对工作；
4. 核对供应商询证数据，完成供应商询证函用印申请等相关业务操作；
5. 负责月末公司间往来款项的在途确认与暂估核算等月结工作；
6. 负责预付账款、应付暂估款、应付账款等账龄分析，跟进差异及账务管控；
7. 负责提供内外部审计所需PTP流程相关资料，跟进解答PTP流程相关业务疑问；
8. 参与团队系统测试等项目工作，协助监控团队工作的完成进度，并及时反馈跟进；
9. 负责更新岗位相关的流程文件和操作手册，组织团队成员学习，统筹部门培训工作；
10. 定期回顾团队成员工作完成情况，加强供应商结算PTP流程的控制；
11. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科学历，财务相关专业；
2. 3年以上同行业相关工作经验，有快消行业相关工作经验优先考虑；
3. 熟悉掌握SAP系统及office办公软件，熟悉财务共享工作；
4. 工作仔细、务实，具备良好的执行力和沟通能力；
5. 英语四级以上，具备良好的英文阅读能力和简单的书写能力；能吃苦，承压能力强。
