职位描述


主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)




  • 沟通和掌握客户 / 员工信息


Collection / coordination of information relating to the clients / employees



  • 熟悉中国各城市社保公积金的政策,对东南亚其他国家的社保信息有基本了解


Be familiar with the social insurance policy across cities in China. Have basic understanding on other South East Asia countries local social security policies



  • 根据客户需求,为客户管理相应地区的社保及强制福利,及时准确完成每月员工的福利费用缴纳业务


Based on each client’s requests, managing their local social welfare and compulsory benefits, completing monthly employee’s social welfare contribution on behalf of the clients.



  • 及时与客户沟通,更新业务相关地区的政策及制度调整。


Effectively communicate with the clients, update the relevant regions’ / countries’ local policy change.



  • 熟练掌握公司内部业务需要的各项系统的操作,或熟练使用EXCEL完成工资报表计算


Become proficient in using the company’ system and software. Or using good excel skill to complete payroll calculations



  • 熟练掌握中国个人所得税的计算方法,熟悉 / 了解东南亚国家的个税制度


Comprehend the correct methodology for calculation of Individual Income Tax in China. Have good understanding relating to South East Asia countries personal tax law.



  • 确保员工的个人所得税按照正确的税种申报,并确保完成月度/年度申报


Ensure that the employees’ Individual Income Tax burden is filed within the correct tax category

Complete the monthly / annual tax filing work



  • 熟悉外籍员工的个税申报流程及相关政策


Understand the process and related policies for the filing of Individual Income Tax for non-Chinese employees



  • 根据客户批准的工资表准备批量工资发放表, 熟练掌握网银系统中关于工资批量提交的步骤


Prepare the salary transfer file in accordance with the master file approved by the client. Understand the process for uploading of the salary transfer file onto the bank’s online system.



  • 协助客户完成每月的工资发放,并提供正确的工资条


Assist the client to complete each month’s release of salary to employees and provide accurate pay slips in accordance with the client’s requirement


人力资源服务 HR Administration Services

1. 对中国及东南亚国家的劳动合同法有一定的了解

Develop a reasonable understanding of the labor law for China and other South East Asia countries


2. 协助客户完成员工招聘,入职,离职等各项员工管理业务

Assist our clients on managing their local HR admin and employment related work. For example, support on local employees’ recruitment, on boarding and termination related work


3. 如需与第三方人力资源公司合作,需协沟通,帮助新入职员工完成合同和其他文本的签订手续

If there is any necessity to work with a third party (HR service partner), the employee shall coordinate with relevant parties, assist new employees to complete procedures relating to their employment contracts as well as other HR documentation


4. 执行上级分配的与人力资源和薪酬相关的任务和特殊项目

Implement special projects and duties relating to HR administration and payroll as directed by managers

Reasonably strong skill in provision of services to clients

? 会使用微软Office软件,Windows操作系统,及Excel

Ability to use MS office, Windows and especially Excel software

? 较强的解决问题的能力,组织能力,并能够胜任在任何情况下的客户服务

Reasonably strong ability to solve problems, organize, and to provide service to clients under special circumstances.

? 诚实可靠、工作细致,注重团队合作精神,能够有效的解决问题

Dependable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as a good team player



教育背景 Educational Background


? 本科毕业或以上

Degree from a university or above

? 人力资源,经济类相关专业

Specialization in HR or economic background etc.


经验 Experience


? 有5年以上外资企业工作经验或人力资源相关经验者

Applicants with above 5 years of experience working in a foreign invested enterprise or those with experience of HR work
