主要职责：

1. 清洁地板，如拖地、擦洗、上蜡和抛光

2. 厨房：清洗盆、锅、盘子、器皿和其他烹饪设备

3. 清洗和水槽消毒，台面，桌子，椅子，冰箱和其他设备

4. 除尘：餐桌、设备、隔板上的灰尘等

5. 清空垃圾桶和可回收物品，并将垃圾运到垃圾处理区，清洗和消毒垃圾桶，以准备下次使用。由餐厅经理严格监督此工作

6. 擦洗墙壁、窗户、门板、隔板、窗台等

7. 高效、耐心、礼貌地为学生、员工和来访者在餐厅提供服务

8. 每次用餐后，彻底清洁餐厅的用餐区和分餐区。及时清理使用过的餐具和垃圾

9. 帮助厨师清洗和准备烹饪材料，如按照有关的餐厅流程采摘和清洗蔬菜等

10. 把盘子和杯子归类到指定的桌子，用餐结束后送回厨房给后勤人员清洗

11. 清洁和消毒由餐厅经理或厨师长指定的区域，设备和设施，并在工作后关闭指定设备(水，电，煤气和其他加工设备)

12. 参加培训，以便更有效地履行职责

13. 完成厨师长和/或餐厅经理交办的其他工作和任务
