KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

?              Manage design and implementation of the testing framework and test case automation to support continuous integration/test/deployment

?              Liaise with other teams and business stakeholders to build automation scripts that fulfils business requirements

?              Ensure the quality of the deliverables

?              Work with in house delivery teams to support delivery of automation solution

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE

?              Computer Science graduates

?              8+ years of hands on automation development experience, especially on API and UI

?              Experience in automation frameworks

?              Experience in managing a team of automation testers

?              Experience in working in a large team environment

?              Experience in working with in house delivery team

?              Experience in team management (6-8+ people)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

?              Hands on experience on different UI and API Automation tools (preferred)

?              SQL, Programming and test scripting experience (preferred)

?              Mobile and Web automation testing (nice to have)

KEY COMPETENCIES – CORE & FUNCTIONAL

?              Detail oriented, demonstrated ability to analyse and elaborate on requirements, and align with the perspective of both business and product sustainability

?              Able to maintain strong working relationships

?              The ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment

?              Strong English oral and written communication skills

?              Enthusiasm for learning and result oriented

KEY JOB CHALLENGES

?              Working as a team player in a large team

?              Learn and adapt to new tools and automation testing methods to deliver to project timelines

?              Manage fast paced automation project deliverables working with the Automation team and collaborating with the SZ development team

?              Provide assignment, guidelines and coaching to automation team
