职位描述
1.负责完成室内项目设计方案，对公司新开门店进行现场勘测，完成平面方案及整套施工图、效果图；
Responsible for completing the interior project design plan, conducting site surveys of the company's newly opened stores, completing the plan and the entire set of construction drawings and renderings
2.负责对项目的施工图纸审核，项目室内装修设计管理；
Responsible for reviewing the construction drawings of the project and managing the interior decoration design of the project;
3.负责对店铺装修成本估算以及最终报价审核；
Responsible for the evaluation of store decoration costs and the final quotation review;
4.负责带领团队完成公司设计标准、手册等;
Responsible for leading the team to complete company design standards, manuals, etc .;
5.负责与乙方设计公司及入驻商场物业沟通各类事宜
Responsible for communicating with Party B design company and the properties in the mall
6.负责公司新开门店的工程管理及协调工作;
Responsible for the project management and coordination of the company's newly opened stores;
7.负责对新开店铺的验收工作。
