Position: Brand Assistant

Reporting to: Brand General Manager

Location: Shanghai

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to Brand General Manager and the team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Assistant to Brand General Manager

Provide assistance to the Brand General Manager in the following areas:

(a)All secretarial work pertaining to the Brand Manager.

(b)Update and track all department’s expenses on a monthly basis

(c)Type reports, documents, and presentations

2.Administrative Functions

a) Process daily sell-thru reports, monthly inventory and departmental expense reports.

b) Timely deliver new product information, new policies and procedures to the team.

c) Coordinate events, sample and premium ordering logistics

d) Meeting and travel arrangement for the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-University graduate with a minimum of one year of related work experience at a multinational company.

-Good spoken and written English

-Good computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-A pleasant team player with strong willingness to learn.
