Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Participate technical commercial meetings together with sales or alone; Assist in sales strategy and building customer relationships;

- Support sales team to interpret well technical requirement from customer and report correctly to headquarter engineers;

- Study and work together with engineers of headquarter in order to offer the technical solution to satisfy the customer's requirement;

- Assists clients in understanding company’s products;

- Collaborate with sales and quality team to solve quality claim;

- Operate simple testing machine for quality mechanical check and complete simple test report (Headquarter will provide technical training).

- Assist Headquarter quality team to complete CAMDS;

- Collect technical information of China market trend and report to Headquarter in the development and improvement of products and services offerings;

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in science and technology, preference mechanical major

- Excellent knowledge of English

- At least 3 years’ experience in the Automotive or Household Appliances or Equipment sector.

- Availability to travel

- Ability to work in team

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, cross culture communication included

- Flexibility and availability for professional growth

- AutoCAD, Catia, Solid works skills

- Preference: knowledge of Quality systems, IATF, ISO9001
