1、负责处理客户的日常订单并发送Booking form, Manifest等出货文件给航空代理及国外邮局等相关方；

2、遵照SOP协调并监管服务供应商（仓库、货运公司、海外代理等）的日常工作，以保证货件在深圳仓库的规范操作及顺利出货、在香港机场及欧洲机场的顺利转运；

3、负责全程跟踪货物状态及时效、及时反馈和处理包裹丢失、破损、未妥投、索赔等异常状况，并按时编制相关报表向上级领导汇报；

4、负责制作账单及协助财务部核对帐单，并协助应收账款的催收工作；

5、负责与客户的联系和沟通，解答客户咨询的各种问题及处理客户投诉；

6、协助维护良好的客户关系、拜访和检查客户仓库操作流程，完善并不断优化操作流程，提高服务质量、满足客户需求；

7、负责客户出货数据信息的分析总结，根据领导要求配合IT部门做好相关报表和报告；

8、配合并完成上级交付的其他工作。

职位要求：

1、大学专科毕业，专业不限，CET-4；

2、有国际物流或跨境电商物流工作经验者优先；

3、能将英语作为工作语言；

4、能熟练使用MS office，EXCEL，具有一定的数据分析能力；

5、愿意积极主动开展工作，责任心强；

6、有团队合作精神，能处理好人际关系；

7、优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
