岗位职责：

1.负责管理推进新产品导入项目的进程，以确保新产品的开发节点满足客户需求；

2.定期组织高效的项目会议，讨论项目进程，并细化执行任务和项目中的里程碑；

3.负责协调被客户认可的新产品在工厂试生产的流程以及确保新产品的开发质量。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，5年以上项目管理工作经验，具备化工行业项目管理经验尤佳；

2.积极主动，具备优秀的沟通表达协调能力；

3.细节把控能力较强，能够按时准确的完成项目进度。
