职位描述

Responsibilities and Duties


  •  Gather data from EVT, DVT stages and create reports to drive management  decisions. 
  • Manage communication and ensure proper asset transfer between suppliers and US-based creative team.
  • Technology transfer to key suppliers.
  • Develop product KPIs, test plans, and test methods.
  • Oversee prototype efforts for design validation and testing.
  • Manage projects to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and performance goals are met.
  •  Develop and maintain Design and Process FMEAs for new products.
  • Gather inventory data from suppliers.
  •  Coordinate sample shipping to distributors and/or HQ for marketing reasons.


Qualifications

  • University graduate with degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar major.
  • At least 10 years work experience in medical device industry, familiar with motor and pump
  • Excellent grasp of engineering practices (products design, CAD, documentation, etc) and manufacturing processes ( plastics, metals, motor, pump etc.)
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Extreme attention to detail, very organized and honest person. 
  • Ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Eager  to learn, self diligent and with a strong personality to be respected in the  factory and be able to execute tasks. 
  • Speak English fluently and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible for business travel in GD province.
