1. 负责维修人员的日常工作安排以及紧急维修人员的合理调配，确保生产顺利进行

2. 负责所有模具，刀模安装、调试以及保养工作
Responsible for all molds and crimping blades setup and maintain.
3. 对生产设备的安全性进行检测
Check the safety for all relevant production equipment.
4. 负责刀模，刀片的改善，并协助生产部产品工艺的追踪以及工艺改善，优化生产，提高生产效率。
Responsible for production for crimping blades optimization, process improvement, enhance the production efficiency
5. 对存在安全隐患的生产设备叫停并有效解决
Judge and solve the potential risk of the relevant equipment
6. 检查生产设备定期保养状况
Check the equipment's maintenance status
7.注塑参数的过程特性分析
Analysis of Process characterization of Molding Parameters
8. 熟悉相关品牌的立、卧式注塑机及压接设备。
Familiar the vertical, horizontal injection press and crimping equipment/machines
9.熟悉PVC,PP,TPU/TPE,SI,ABS，PC等塑胶的特性及成型工艺
Familiar with the characterization in PVC,PP,TPU/TPE,SI,ABS，PC plastic compound etc
10.上级安排的其他任务

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:
1.大专或以上文化，机械/自动化或电气专业
College or above culture, mechanical / automation or electrical professional
2. 3年以上电线末端加工及机械方面的保养与维修工作
Must have at least 3 years cable manufacturing and equipment maintenance experience
3. 熟悉各种注塑成型机，端子机等附属机器的工作原理和操作，能及时针对设备故障做出正确判断并且能快速对故障进行有效的处理；能针对各种机台制定维护保养计划并能按计划安排以及实施进行
Familiar with injection machine and crimping machine maintenance, analyze and solve the equipment failure
4. 熟悉电线加工知识，能独立处理流程问题；熟悉注塑成型及压接工艺等相关知识
Familiar with cable manufacturing, crimping and molding process
5.英文需具备听说读写的能力（口语、听力需会写会说）
English needs to have the ability to speak, read, and write (speaking and listening need to write)
