【岗位职责】

1、根据企业战略的规划，组织进行行业和市场调研，及时了解市场动态以及客户的相关需求，制定经营计划和产品的营销方案；

2、负责全面落实相应的销售目标、市场目标以及具体实施方案的达成情况；

3、掌握市场动态，积极适时、有效地开辟新的客户，拓宽业务渠道，不断扩大公司商品的市场占有率；

4、负责维护客户关系，解决有关客户投诉，解答客户提出的疑问，做好日常沟通工作；

5、负责规划、指导、协调公司分配的各项工作，组织管理下属人员完成本职工作，达成工作任务。

【任职要求】

1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、管理或相关专业优先；

2、5年以上外贸业务及管理经验，有厨房电器产品销售经验，市场敏锐感强，对市场的走向有一定有预判能力；

3、熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；

4、英语听、说、读、写能力强，可用英语正常进行沟通交流；

5、具有良好的业务拓展能力和商务谈判技巧，公关意识强，具有较强的事业心、团队合作精神和独立处事能力，勇于开拓和创新。 注：该职位薪资为基本薪资+提成，有出国机会。
