工作职责:

1. Subsidiaries marketing support; 子公司市场营销支持；
2. Order management & stock availability analysis; 订单管理和库存可用性分析；
3. Service level control and improvement; 服务水平的控制和改进；
4. Prompt response to customers based on their inquiries. 根据客户的询问迅速回复客户。
5. Coordinate with production & logistics team to make sure delivery on time. 与生产和物流团队协调，确保准时交货。
6. Regular meeting with customers to review sales/service, understand their needs from markets pov. 定期与客户进行会议以审查销售/服务，从市场角度了解他们的需求。

任职资格:

1. 3-5 years working experience and over 2 years of supply chain or customer service/ marketing experience. 3-5年的工作经验和2年以上的供应链或客户服务/市场营销经验。
2. Bachelor's degree or above, in marketing is preferred. 具有市场营销学士学位或以上学历者可优先考虑。
3. Familiar with Microsoft office, mainly Excel/PPT, good data analysis ability. 熟悉微软办公软件，主要是Excel / PPT，具有良好的数据分析能力。
4. Strong logic thinking and critical thinking skill and interpersonal skills, good communication skill, adaptability, result oriented. 较强的逻辑思维和批判性思维能力及人际交往能力，良好的沟通能力，适应能力强，注重结果。
5. English: must be fluent both in spoken and writing. 英语：必须能说流利的口语和写作。
