工作职责:

1. Daily job allocation to the team members according to commodity and the capabilities of the team. 根据货物和团队的能力向团队成员分配工作。
2. Monitor the team operation to ensure performance on track. 监视团队的运作，以确保日常运作正常。
3. Supplier Management. Supplier base optimization, exist supplier performance record and evaluation, supplier improvement program. 供应商管理。 供应商基础优化，现有供应商绩效记录和评估，供应商改进计划等。
4. Minimize the risks of materials supply by supplier annual audit, supply contracts and agreements implement. 通过供应商年度审核，供应合同和协议的实施，将材料供应的风险降至最低。
5. Cost reduction plan preparation and implementation. 降低成本计划的准备和实施。
6. Support global negotiation with commodity leader for global suppliers. 支持与货物负责人就全球供应商进行全球谈判。
7. Lead the negotiation with local suppliers to achieve the target commercial conditions. 领导与当地供应商的谈判，以实现目标商业条件。
8. Lead cost saving projects and meet the target project schedule. 引导节省成本的项目并达到项目进度及目标。
9. Support the projects from other functions to improve supplier service, quality, new project development. 从其他职能支持项目，以改善供应商服务，质量和新项目开发。

任职资格:

1. Bachelor's degree or above with major of relevant areas, such as engineering, business administration or etc. 具有相关领域专业的学士学位或以上学历，例如工程或工商管理等。
2. 5 years or above purchasing working experience, project sourcing is the plus, 2-3 years in a managerial role; 5年以上采购工作经验，项目采购为佳，2-3年为管理职位；
3. Extensive knowledge of sourcing, purchasing processes and strategy; 广泛的采购，采购流程和策略知识；
4. Ability to manage projects and build business cases; 具有管理项目和建立商业案例的能力；
5. Good negotiation skill. 良好的谈判技巧。
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction at all level of the organization; 具有较强的人际交往和沟通技巧，可以在组织的各个层面进行互动；
7. Strong analytical and PC skills, SAP knowledge is the plus. 具有较强的分析和PC技能，具有SAP知识为佳。
8. Excellent language skill, fluent oral English is a must. 良好的语言表达能力，流利的英语口语是必须的。
9. Good knowledge of finance, legal and contract management. 熟悉财务，法律知识和合同管理。
