Job scope:

Plant wide pre-maintenance, TPM implementation and equipment problem solving, equipment productivity via technology upgrade.

Qualification:

1. Academic/Professional Qualification:
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical/ Industrial / Acoustical.
3. Working Experience:
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance field
5. Expertise/Skills:
6. Familiar with automation equipment management/maintenance
7. Understand related software programming (Omron, Xinjie)
8. Familiar with Equipment FMEA and control plan
9. Solid Project Management skills
10. Excellent problem solving and result focus, quick response and solve timely
11. Ability to think analytical
12. Be able to use Auto-CAD
13. Be able to use Pro/E to design 
14. Equipment safety design mindset is must
15. Hands on behaviour
16. Language skills:
17. Fluent in English (both writing and read)
18. Personal Attributes:
19. A team minded person capable of working independently, keeping a positive attitude
20. Deliver on commitment
21. Strong communicational skills, clear and concise in communication
22. Mature, systematic, pro-active
23. Team player, following up on details
