职责 Roles and Responsibilities:

1.协助ERP支持主管完成金蝶K3 ERP项目实施及优化改进。

Work together with ERP support Supervisor to complete the implementation & optimization of Kingdee K3 ERP.

2.依据业务需要，协助进行金蝶K3二次开发、系统流程优化及与其他系统对接。

Per business requirement to support conduct customized development & optimize process & develop interface application.

3.全面配合外部顾问完成K3升级以及复杂的外包开发项目。

Work closely together with external consultant to complete K3 upgrade and complicated projects outsourced.

4.对K3的应用服务器及数据库SQL Server进行性能监控并优化。

Keeping performance monitoring and continuous improving on application & database servers of K3.

5.严格遵守内外部审计规则及总公司的变更管理制度。

Follow strictly up the regulations of internal & external audit and change management from corporate.

6.协助ERP支持主 管及支持工程师，力争全部解决用户操作及使用过程中遇到的各种问题。

To support developer & support Engineer and try to resolve all kinds problems or issues of operation & using.

7.指导、培训并发展ERP开发人员，培养接班人。

Lead provide training and develop ERP developer and plan the corresponding successor for future.

8.全面监控主数据的完整性及有效性并提拱合理化建议。

Monitor fully on the completeness and validation then provide reasonable advice.

9.积极组织并参与到K3超级用户的培训，沟通及互动中来。

Actively organize and get involved in the training & communication & interaction of super users.

10.编辑项目或开发用户需求表，培训文档，用户测试脚本，计划表，问题日志及总结，工作周报。

Edit project or development’s user requirement form, training document, user acceptable test script, plan, issue log& summary, weekly work report.

11.部门主 管或经理交付的其他工作

Other tasks the Leader or Manager assigned.

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

1.本科或大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业。

Bachelor or College in computer science and related field

2.精通微软C#及SQL Server。

Master Microsoft Visual Studio C# & SQL Server.

3.3年及以上ERP相关工作经验

3 years or above ERP related working experience

4.熟悉企业供应链、生产、仓储管理、财务、质量等业务流程。

Be familiar with enterprise supply chain, production, warehouse, finance and quality etc. business process or flow.

5.善于沟通，具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力。

Be good at communication and has good analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
