工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 与供应商合作，确保所有必要的质量活动(APQP)在初始产品发布和变更过程中得到严格处理，如:过程映射、过程FMEA、质量控制计划、过程验证(IQ、OQ、PQ)、GR&R/MSA、生产线放行和加速监控

Work with supplier to ensure all necessary quality activities (APQP) are rigorously addressed during initial product release and change such as: process mapping, process FMEA, quality control plan, process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), GR&R/MSA, line release and ramp-up monitoring

2. 管理与供应商质量相关的采购活动。与供应商管理部门合作，对新供应商进行资格审核，对已批准的供应商进行日常审核和绩效管理

Manage supplier quality related activities for Purchasing materials of related commodity. Work with SCM to qualify new suppliers, conduct audits, routine audits and performance management of Approved suppliers

3. 确保供应商的质量问题通过一个基于8-D的纠正措施请求过程得到解决，结构化的质量工具以确保有效和有效的根本原因分析，纠正和预防措施以确保不会再发生

Ensure Supplier Quality issues are solved via an 8-D based corrective action request process, structured quality tools in order to ensure efficient and effective root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions to ensure there is no recurrence

4. 作为项目负责人，推动关键供应商系统的质量改进活动

Serve as project leader to drive key suppliers systematic quality improvement activities

5. 不合格品的处理并参加MRB

Non-conforming material handling and attend MRB

6. 作为主题专家支持关键流程

Support key processes as subject matter expert

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS

1.大专以上的学历，三年质量管理经验，机械、电子、工业类专业优先考虑

College’s degree or above, 3 years of quality management experience, mechanical, electronic, industrial professional preferred

2.熟悉ISO9001/ISO13485质量管理体系的运行，熟悉ROHS,REACH等环保法规和要求

Familiar with the operation of ISO9001/ISO13485 quality management system, familiar with RoHS, REACH and other environmental regulations and requirements

3.有电缆或电缆装配相关制造业工作经验者优先

Experience working of cable or cable assembly related manufacturing industry is preferred

4.能够与多功能团队合作，为质量性能定义需求和合适的度量标准

Ability to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for quality performance

5.有使用统计和质量工具的经验，包括根本原因分析,8D,FMEA,实验设计,工艺能力,GR&R

Experienced in use of statistics and quality tools including root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA, Design of experiment, process capability, GR&R

6.英语读写能作为工作语言

English reading and writing as working language
