Main job responsibilities:

1. Styling and Store appearance:

a. In charge of all HAY store VM and its display in AOR (Area of Responsible)

b. Plan, execute and follow up on VM visits in your AOR approx. 8 times a year

c. Coordinate your visit planner on monthly basis with your team and LM

d. Ensure shop appearance and all HAY store standards are followed by HAY Retail Design concepts and guidelines; including light, cleanliness, music and quantity of goods on the floor.

e. Plan implementation in each store when new collection/products arrive in advance and brief store VM and SM accordingly

f. Keep updated on collections/new designs/ Design cooperation/ product updates and care instructions by using all info tools, on and off line channels, public media and visiting competitors on a monthly basis.

2. Retail Design:

a. Plan store floor plan according project details given and coordinate with Retail Design DK all relevant VM parts

b. Align product order list according RM/partner and Retail Development Manager special aspects given

c. Communicate to onsite team required actions in advance, prior store opening or project launch

d. Re-plan floor plan on regular basis and updates of new products dispatch timelines

3. Training:

a. Execute introduction and training of visual merchandising principles for all new staff members

b. Plan and execute regular meetings/trainings/workshops in terms of knowledge about 

c. Collection/trends/design/products and styling together with SALES SUPPORT/BUYING

d. Follow-up on results of training and evaluations

Requirements:

-      Bachelor degree or above

-      3D rendering, good knowledge of Rhino, InDesign, CAD, Graphic design

-      Familiar with MAC IOS & Windows, fluent in English

-      Be creative and have a high sense of design, Design focused with sense of commercial aspects. High communication skills, open-minded, honest & team player, willing to go the extra mile.

-      Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in a MNC environment
