职位描述

职务角色:


中心校长的核心工作就是建立和带领学校业务团队在各区域拓展英语培训市场、传播和提升EF Education First品牌的市场地位,不断加强EF Education First学校的市场竞争力,从而

实现学校、团队以及自身的职业发展规划目标。


职务职责:


1.品牌维护

确保英孚品牌在区域市场的知名度、美誉度的维护和提升;

防范严重投诉事件及安全事故的发生。

2.综合业务

根据总校长下达的业务指标,实现月度、季度、年度指标的达成;

负责学校业务管理团队以及储备业务管理团队的建立、培训、管理、评估和职业发展规划支持;

确保年度新生销售及在读学生续费指标的完成,实现学校学生人数的净增长率,并控制销售及续费折扣 率在公司目标范围内;

确保英孚标准课程管理流程及其他服务标准在学校的严格执行,确保及提升顾客满意度

督促教务长有效利用教师资源、产品资源,确保及提升教学质量,并确保课程产出时间延长率在公司目标内;

配合市场经理共同制订学校市场发展计划并监督执行,督促潜在客户的开拓、发掘以及英孚品牌的良性传播以实现对销售的支持。

3.系统应用、财务及后勤

确保学校团队正确应用数据管理系统,并利用系统信息提升学校运营管理;

协助总校长制订学校各类年度预算,并根据预算目标在授权范围内管理和控制日常费用支出;

有效监督日常行政费用和市场费用的支出,确保投入产出在学校要求的目标范围内;

指导、支持及后勤行政完成职责内的工作。


能力要求:

1. 成熟稳重,个人情绪管理良好,有一定的压力承受能力;

2.思路清晰,具备较强的逻辑思维能力;

3. 善于观察、沟通和协调,组织计划性强,有带领团队的经验;

4. 具备较强的数据分析能力,关注细节,重视质量;

5. 积极上进,具有持续的学习和自我发展能力


任职要求

1. 年龄:28-45岁之间

2. 学历:大学及以上

3. 工作经验:3年以上团队综合管理经验,具有客服、销售双向管理经验者有限考虑

4. 1年以上接触欧美文化经验

5. 英语水平:大学6级、能和外籍同事用英语熟练交流

6.计算机技能:熟练使用基本办公室软件(Word, Excel, Power Point),电子邮件系统及英特网


The Center Manager

is responsible for the overall management of an EF Kids&Teens school. Duties encompass the hiring and training of both local and expatriate staff, running a sales operation and operating the school day-to-day.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. The Center Manager should follow the regulations of the local government and procedures of EF franchise operation to increase the value the organization and human capital:

2. Marketing - Plan and executive school marketing activities to build, maintain and promote the EF Education First and name in the local market, attract potential customers for telephone numbers and visits, sales and re-sales.

3. Operations - Work with the Director of Studies to implement the Operations Manual and to ensure teaching quality continually improves.

4. Sales - Supervise the course consultant manager and the sales team to improve the sales process, monitor the sales team and meet budgeted sales targets.

5. Recruiting and Training - Be in charge of staff employment, ensure all staff receive appropriate training and participate in evaluations of both Chinese and foreign staff.

6. Finance and Accounting - Ensure accounting tasks are carried out effectively and clearly; create annual budget, arrange the payment of reasonable expenses according to budget and approved guidelines

7. Logistics - Ensure that all departments have timely and effective logistics support.

8. Technology and Systems - Make sure IT and computer equipment meets the English First standard. Ensure that all relevant information is registered in properly in the production system.
