Director, Product Management (Station in Shenzhen)
My client is a leading manufacturer in motion components for personal care, home, and industrial products. Due to the market expansion, they have a newly created position and looking for a director in product management to drive the NPD/ NPI.
Duties:
- Familiar with ventilation: Air-con/ Fan/ Hair dryer/ Vacuum Cleaner/ White goods
- Define and manage product roadmap in line with the market segment
- Lead a small team of project assistants and liaise with customers in home appliances, personal care, and industrial products
- Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams to design and develop new products and product improvement, including project feasibility studying, concept review, and design validation.
Requirement:
- Familiar with ventilation: Air-con/ Fan/ Hair dryer/ Vacuum Cleaner
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electrical Engineering
- Solid experience in handle product roadmap is a must
- Experience in product development
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin)
- Willing to station in China (individual accommodation will be provided)
